L’espai s’ubica en una antiga casa-fàbrica de teixits del segle XIX, al carrer Trafalgar, construïda sobre el traçat històric de la muralla de Barcelona. Aquesta ubicació singular connecta el projecte amb la memòria urbana de la ciutat, en un punt on el passat defensiu i industrial conviuen amb la vitalitat contemporània del centre històric.

La rehabilitació arquitectònica s’ha dut a terme amb respecte pel caràcter original de l’edifici i pel seu entorn patrimonial. S’han conservat els elements estructurals de ferro i fusta, així com la textura dels murs originals, testimonis del passat productiu del barri. Alhora, s’han incorporat intervencions actuals —com l’ús acurat de la llum, la continuïtat espacial i la netedat material— que permeten adaptar l’espai a nous usos culturals sense perdre’n l’essència.

Aquesta recuperació no sols preserva el valor patrimonial de la casa-fàbrica, sinó que la reinterpreta com a espai per a la creació i la trobada, establint un diàleg entre el passat industrial de la ciutat i la seva actual vitalitat artística. El resultat és un espai obert, viu i integrador, on la història arquitectònica es posa al servei de la cultura contemporània.
